    Combining paste extrusion and green machining operations to create ceramic components with high density and precision, unlocking new manufacturing opportunities for technical ceramics.

    Material flexibility

    Paste extrusion with accelerated drying ensures a wide range of processable ceramic materials, avoiding the typical material constraints of fusion or light-based approaches.

    Process Monitoring

    AI-driven operation of additive and subtractive processes enables automated defect detection and correction for qualified defect-free manufacturing.

    HEPA-grade filtration

    We take safety seriously. CHAMP uses HEPA grade filtration to remove any airborne particulates created by green-machining operations.

Not just an idea…

Our first CHAMP machine has been installed for Lucideon at The AMRICC Centre.

The CHAMP hybrid 3D printer installed at the AMRICC for Lucideon, paving the way for their next-generation ceramic products.
