Hydra Manufacturing To Attend The Advanced Ceramics Show 2026

Hydra Manufacturing will be attending The Advanced Ceramics Show 2026, taking place on 8–9 July at the NEC Birmingham.

The event brings together companies working across technical ceramics, advanced materials and manufacturing. The show provides an opportunity to speak with people working on ceramic component development and current manufacturing challenges across the sector.

What Hydra Is Working On

Hydra is developing CHAMP, a hybrid manufacturing process for technical ceramics that combines paste extrusion with green-state machining before sintering.

Current development work is focused on functional ceramic components and how manufacturing control is maintained as component requirements become more demanding.

This includes work around:

  • Pilot manufacturing and process evaluation

  • Contract manufacturing for technical ceramic components

  • Process control as parts move towards production

Hear From Louis At The Show

You can also catch Louis on the panel Ceramic Additive Manufacturing Innovations in Theatre 2 on 8 July, from 12:20 to 13:10.

Visit Hydra Manufacturing At Stand 121

The Hydra team will be available throughout the show at stand 121.
